New GBB...WE 3.8 "Pocket Pistol"

Copy and paste + pics.

I searched and didn't see any other info on this one...

WE Hi-capa 3.8 Gas/Co2 Pistol.

What's the advantage for New WE Hi-Capa 3.8 Pocket Pistol ?

Overall
A replica of Marui Hi-Capa 4.3 with ABS gun body as well as manual fuse on both left and right side.
Length of outter barrel is about 9.5cm. Surface design also looks like Colt commandar but more delicate.

The design of slide is similar to Colt one, but with more smooth arc on the back side. Both side of slide go with twilled groove design, which makes it more smooth when operate the slide

Lower receiver has a fantastic change as well. With refinement of the rail makes it finally available to add more tactical accessories

Shorten the length of grip and magazine so make this pistol more easy of control.

Conclusion

Totally reduce the lenght and measurement on 3.8 version
Reduce the weights on slide as well as the whole body
Refinement on surface looking
Enhance the sight as well as add the tactical fuction, which enable to install the combat light and laser set on this Hi-capa!
Can use 22kgs high-pressure gas as well as co2 steel cylinder ( Very realistic! The recoil is just like a real gun!)
Magizine entrance with bevel design, so BB bullets are no more jammed when feeding .

Thoughts? Anyone else have any other info on this one?

Oh man, I was wondering when WE was going to come out with a smaller 1911. I think this may be my next pistol

Not bad, the original WE pistols were impressively built although I've heard about several problems with them. Hope they've got them ironed out.

One thing I assure you, this it is not. Anyone who's fired a real .45 will attest to that very quickly.

Well, we don't know what they meant by 'A real gun'... perhaps not a .45, they could have meant even a .22.

Still, I wanted a backup-backup... I think this will do nicely.
Yeah, this'll be next... I always hated the generic .45, but this looks wicked.

I know most WE guns are metal but is this one full metal as well?

I wish WE woudl just come out with a carbon copy in metal. With an enhanced return spring of course for crisper recoil...lead alloy...that shit's heavy. 4.3"...that's compact. 3.8? way too small for me.

Yeah... the WE I handled was very heavy. A lighter metal would make a huge difference -

I was just going to comment about the metal colour/quality...

Does anyone know if that's coated or whether it could be polished off and altered?

Well, I don't mind the heaviness so much as the slightly sluggish recoil. It kicks VERY nicely, but it could benefit from an improved return slide as standard.

Fair enough - I think I meant the same thing, but I don't remember, and I definitely worded it wrong

Anyways, lead's never the best choice, unless it's supposed to come out of the gun :kill:

Heheh.

Now, I'm up in the air again. I had my eye on the hicapa 4.3, but that 3.8 looks really appealing.

This is coming from someone who actually likes tiny .45's so all you pocket-pistol haters just HUSH. I guess I'll have to get both.
