Atlantic Armory F- (Long Rant)
This may be a bit of a long rant, but before you decide to purchase from Atlantic Armory, you may want to read this first.
This is basically what has happened to me in the last few months. I saved every email so the dates are 100% accurate. I ordered a KWA FMU Glock 19 from them on October 5th, which was listed as available at the time on their website. I had not bothered to look on Airsoft Canada for any reviews, but since it was listed as one of the retailers, I thought I could trust them. I emailed them on the 15th of October to follow up on my order, and to make sure they had it. They replied on the 27th and told me that his supplier JUST got it in, and that he is shipping to me right away, and that he was sorry for the delay. On the first of November, Cory emails me saying that my Glock is now in, and for me to email him back. I msn’d them and they said that their site was down, and they lost all my info. Of course, I wrote back to them write away with my info and expected my order to come shortly. Of course it never came, and I followed up on the 17th, and gave them my info again. This time, they told me to email it to their email at sales@atlanticarmory.com. The person replied, saying that they would forward it to Cory. He then called me, and told me that the gun SHOULD arrive soon, or if I wanted, could take my money back. I thought I’ve waited this long, might as well wait a couple more weeks. On 13th of December, He emails me saying that the gun is in (again), and that he has to pick it up, and on the 19th, he says he has my gun. By now, I figured it was well worth the wait and that my gun is finally here. I wait another month, email them on the 10th of January, and he says that its here, and the guy is putting together the order and should get a tracking number for me soon. So now I wait another month, and decide that I’ve had enough. I emailed them on the 1st of February, and ask for my refund. Now, all of a sudden, they reply saying that the gun is shipped out, and that they can get me a tracking number (which I never got). I send a couple more emails now demanding my refund. No reply. Now, I decided to try to go to Paypal and do a seller complaint and see if I can get my money back from them. Of course, since I waited for 4 months, they can’t do anything for me anymore. No sooner had I filed I complaint, I get an email from Cory telling me “not to start sh!t” with Paypal. They took my money, didn’t send me my order, and he gets offended when I try to get my money back. Hmm… On Friday, he said that he would send me a refund and give me a tracking number on Monday (Today), which seems odd to me since if he really wanted to give me a refund, he could do it through Paypal. So here I am, typing a really long rant about my whole ordeal. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what, or anything I can do about my situation. And if Cory or anyone from Atlantic Armory wants to come have an open debate on what happened to my order, feel free to come and post. I still have all the information and emails and conversations between us. Thanks for taking the time to read this really long rant. |

I too had a bad experiance with Atlantic Armory that was over a year ago, looks like very little has changed.
Good luck getting a resolution, when I tried to make a stink about an incomplete order I was told "I don't need your business" I've taken that to heart and never ordered from them again. My issue was never resolved and when I tried to get it resolved they were just plain rude and abusive. |

If this isn't something new... maybe it's time Atlantic armoury was removed from the retailers list

One thing that may be understandable is product defects. We have to remember that airsoft guns are almost entirley made in Asia to standards that we may not accept here. Some small issues are very common and not worth getting worked up over.
All retailers are at the mercy of the manufacturer when it comes to parts missing, or assembly issues or premature breakdown. From what I understand, nearly every retailer will try his best to rectify the problem. If they do nothing to try to satisfy the customer, that IS a problem. If a retailer will not honour his end of a business transaction by reasonable shipment time or with the correct product, this is also a problem. Unfortunately for SephirOth, he waited FAR to long for problem resolution. As a consumer, it is your right to demand return of money if product is not shipped to you in a timely fashion. If you do a pre-order of an unreleased product and know that you must wait for it, that's one thing and a whole seperate trade agreemment. But to wait for an "in-stock" product for 4 months+ with no resolution is totally unacceptable. It truly is a shame that airsoft was not such a restricted market for both sides of the retail world. Guys who perform this way on the retail end would fade away from customer distrust and disloyalty. I'm only hearing one side of this tale, so my opinions are just that: opinions and really meaningless without the whole story. But if you fail to get satisfaction from Atlantic Armory, it is your right to go elsewhere. Your lost money, however, is a tale yet to be told. |

It doesn't look good... Just checked out AA's site (for the first time actually) and got a big "AtlanticArmory.com is currently unavailable."
Good luck man, hope it works out for you! Just be thankful you didn't partake in the Propscam order like myself and so many others. Devin

I hope that was sarcasm (although I'm sure it wasn't)

I've almost given up on ordering airsoft online, outside of Tru and Rangers. Been at this shit for more then 5 years, and never had a problem till recently. Started with DEA not replying to my order or questions for a week. Then I decided to buy 2 used GBBs instead of 2 new. Ordered from 2 different sellers, both of which had good feedbacks. The first one took about a week JUSt to ship out, and was also shipped with 2 spare mags and the gun itself in one of those bubblewrap Canadapost bags, inside of a plastic grocery bag?? WHAT IN THE BLOODY HELL.
Second is now onto 2 weeks. First week I was told he couldnt send it and he gave it to his little brother to send out. Then it turned into it didnt make it in till the weekend. Then I waited all week with no reply to my PMs. Then he got them on the weekend, and never replied to them. The LEAST someone can f*cking do is reply. If he's been lieing the whole time, fine, I dont give a shit, just tell me where my god damned product is, or give me my money back. I couldnt care less what happens as long as I'm not out of pocket at the end of the day. I'd rather be told honest information, about not being able to ship, then bullshit and silence. PM me every day I dont give a shit. People are so quick to take your money, but dont have the time of day to send you your product in return. Never again. Sorry to add to your rant. |

Group order on goods gone very wrong. Guy said he could get mucho guns for mucho cheap. Supplier didn't pay out, aparently.
http://www.airsoftcanada.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28 Edit- I should add that some people receiving products 3 years after order. Also in his defence the orginal reference was just ''propscam''. Besides even if he looked in the threads it one of those... easier to understand when sh!t's explained dealio's... there's alot of reading to do otherwise. And eyes crossing. It's late. It was mildly vague. To every n00b but me. Wow.... I just... refuse to explain... M

Paypal likely will not resolve this one. Airsoft-sales-gone-wrong is not part of their TOS if I recall correctly.

thats shitty man
if something is in stock, it shouldnt take a retailer more then 5 business days to get it to you from the second your money comes through. I only ordered 2 guns from retailers. the 1st only took 3 days all the way from BC and the 2nd gun took 4. |

Yeah after all this, I'll definately reconsider buying online again.
I do blame myself for waiting this long thou. At least they replied me this morning, saying they had a storm, and that hes going to send out my refund now, which is still odd...since paypal takes one minute, but oh well...as long as I get it. |
