Here i am wanting to get into airsoft. but a guy named cory rusk ruined it for me. I had ordered a tm ak-47 from him ON NOVEMBER 15 AND IT IS NOT MARCH 1st. ive been asking for my money back for a month now and he kept on giving me excuses. he finaly whiped up a money order and showed me the pictures so i wouldn't file complints which WILL ruin his carreer as an officer. dont bother asking how it can ruin his career if you dont know figure it out.. but anyways. I finally got his money order and it was $20.00 but the gun was $500 its almost like he did this as if it was fucking funny. WELL ITS NOT.

today i am filing the complaints!! i wanted to do this as smoothly as possible but cory rusk just isn't capable.

i now have all his information. where he lives ext. he cant get away with this. for those who have problems with this guy aka. scammer. PM me. i have a way to get your money back without him ripping you off.

His career can and will be destroyed if he does not give us all of our money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my friend had the same problem but he got his gun after a while, i don't know the exact situation over there bu i hear it isn't good with just general problems. I don't think he is trying to scam people, but i know the current buzz is not good PR for his business, which i believe is going under? But yeah just hope anyone who has had problems gets them sorted out.

P.S i know there is the other altantic armory thread, why didn't you just post this situation in there? aswell didn't you already mention something about it there? not trying to flame, but you know.

But yes, hopefully everything will be sorted out.

its almost like he sent $20 for a joke which REALLY PISSES ME OFF. he knows im 17 so he thinks he can play mind games and trick me ext.

just want people out there to know that there is a really good way to get him to pay up the right amount. WHO CARES ABOUT HIS PROBLEMS BACK AT HOME. he ((HAD)) a beusiness and he knows the consequences of being a failure with in his buisness. and geuss what he bacame a failure and now its almost like he is trying to run away from his problems!

they closed because of local presure from the police YES. because he was selliing guns illigally. he wasn't paying loyar fees to make it legal to cross the boarder!

If he wanted to chance getting the guns over the boarder that was his problem. You dont need to have a lawyer to make the guns legal to sell in canada. You need the right permits to make the guns be able to cross the border with less hassle. The cops were cracking down on the sale of replica firearms. Im sorry Craig but your misinformed on a few things.

but he even told me before the cops were on his ass,and after i had purchased it, he told me the guns wer illigal. so my reason and your reason bean, are both right.

No your still mostly wrong. The cops were saying they were illegal because of there interpritation of the laws. Technically airsoft is still legal but the cops wanted to interpret the laws how they pleased which there able to do. Cory is also not a police officer either.

he is an officer in the rcmp. well soon to be. he told me he is, not sure it is true or not, most of the stuff comming out of his mouth is bullshit so i dont know bean. thanks for correcting me in a polite manner and not in a cocky way like most would.

If you feel you got scammed, take him to small claims court.

Atlantic Armory was removed from the ASC seller's list, he's already had his name trashed in the forums... now it's time to move on, dude. Take him to court, or whatever... but why do you keep beating a dead horse?
