VFC trigger replacement?

Hi guys. For those VFC users who replaced their trigger switch for their AEG, which brand did you use? I replaced it with a generic v2 and the rifle intermittently fires.

Sounds like it’s time to upgrade to a spectre/titan

I have contact!

Have you checked to see if the selector plate contacts are the issue? Sometimes they are not flush up enough and can cause issues making a positive contact to the trigger unit. Heat will also make things expand. A volt meter could also be handy to check continuity.

I'm assuming it's a standard V2 selector bar? If it's an Ares style push button trigger SWITCH, "click-click" I would try another one first in case the first one was faulty.

You pretty much have to do trial and error when swapping triggers. Each gearbox is different so a generic one from one brand might not work in another.

Try some aftermarket stuff. SHS or a specific upgraded trigger.

I've replaced it with a SHS, and it does look shorter than the VFC metal one. Perhaps I will used the old VFC one and see.

That was the first issue I've had.
