Google found me a whole lot of links, including reviews, to read. 223 to be exact. That may help.

Then you need to learn how to use the google advanced search features. No, I wont teach you how to do that.

just as an obervation i did find 223 RESULTS for the search, but few if any were of actual reviews of the VFC CA870 even with advanced search features recalibrated.

"Including reviews" does not mean "ALL reviews". But that's a course in grammar, not in searching.

Rather than pontificating about how much better I am because I know the ins and outs of Google, I will say that the VFC CA870 is just the Maruzen gun with VFC metal parts on it. It's generally accepted that "VFC/GB-Tech" is universally associated with "high quality". I own a VFC M203DX and it's of superb construction (356 and 6061 aluminum) and finish, better than any other I've seen.
What I especially don't like about the CA870 though is that it's hardly a shotgun, firing just one round at a time. The very essence of the shotgun is lost because you can't shoot multiple projectiles like the Marushin M500 or the TM M3 Super 90 can. They rent out some CA870 clones at Xtreme Tactics but discourage noobs from renting them because of the difficulty in using them against GBB and AEG-wielding opponents. The VFC version is just an expensive and fancy springer that you can otherwise get for fifty bucks. If you're looking for an impressive wall hanger or something different for skirmishing, it's a good choice as it'll certainly look the part. However unless you're a darn good player you'll probably be outgunned with one. |

There's a difference between pontificating and refusing to spoonfeed. If he learns to search properly, he wont have to ask others to search for him.
It's a very useful skill to learn in the age of the internet. But if you prefer to spoonfeed, go for it. Get ready to repeat yourself. |

Fair enough, shows I can be 100% abysmally wrong.
