HFC USR-11 Gas Version

Hi guys,

I've recently been looking into the HFC USR-11 gas model. I've only read one short review of it and it seems like a decent gun. I tried a quick search and didn't really come up with anything. Does anyone have the gas USR-11? Can anyone comment on the reliability, performance, build quality, etc?

I've also been looking at the KJ M700. If anyone can compare the two if possible that would be extremely helpful.

Thanks guys.

a freind has the KJ m700 takedown...

and though my experience is limited, I must say I like it. it seems to be very well built, it doesn't cost a "lot" and it's got some decent accuracy.

again, take this as a grain of salt, as I'm no expert.

I have the M700 and I can tell you that it's range is second to none, especially when it shoots 440 fps at +5 celcius with .36g bbs. Accuracy is good considering the range and for the money, you can't beat it.

I have only ever owned 1 HFC gun (M190) and it was a good performer. The KJW is probably going to be easier to come by though, and extra mags ( a must for it) are easy and cheap to get.

Of course it will be better considering the Tanaka one costs twice as much :smack:

General concern with gas sniper rifles is the consistency. With a BA sniper rifle like the M24, upgrade some upgrades to boost the fps, you can consistently hit a target 100m away shot after shot. Where as a gas rifle, the amount of gas released is slightly different per shot giving some inconsistency.

I forgot who said it, but basically, if you want to be a full-time sniper, get a BA, if you want to snipe once in a while, the M700 is the best among the rest.
