hello, bonjour , gutentag :salute:
All I ever heard about the G&G gr16 carbine is that it is a beast and owns everything, but is there anyone who could give a review from their experiences with this rifle? much appreciated |

Here's the carbine (not sure if it's V1 or V2):
http://www.dask.org/index.php?module...position=44:13 Looks like a beast, and I'd love to buy it. A&A had it for $530 on sale, but then it went back up to $630 :P |

I was not quite sure if mine and my buddies' GR was version 1 but all i can say is that they sound totally garbage. They have this horrible high pitch super stressful sound to them. It was not the motor adjustment as i fucked around with it for a good 1/2 hour alone. I know it wasnt just mine because my buddie's has the same problem. Body/ furniture are great though...actually amazing.

Which version of the GR did you have? My body didn't have tabs. G&G advertises their bodies to be light weights (which they are- no doubt about it). Interms of fit, i liked the G&G body. Both my G&G and systema mechbox fit like a glove...unlike SRC metal bodies...but i won't get into that, lol.

I beleive I have the pre-2005 version, no doubt its lightweight but as far as durability it may as well be made of tinfoil compared to the ICS or G&P metal bodies.

I also own a version 2005 gr-16 R5...its a monster and since its the new version i havent had any problems mechanically yet. The only thing that happenes was that the stock got loose but thats about it..i have not opened it internally dont plan to do so as i am selling it. Shoots 330 with .20's.

Is there a major difference in quality (i.e. Broken vs. not broken, out of the box) between the A2 and A4 CA m15 series?
From what I've seen on retailer's websites, the M15A2 is about 100 bucks less than the M15A4, and the only thing I can tell that's different is that the A2 has a fixed carry handle. |
