Help with Hitman 47?
Hey everyone. this is my first post here on ASC, Ive been lurking around for about 2 weeks just gathering up information, so I figured it was time to introduce myself.
I have a question about the videogame series Hitman. Just want to know what type of handguns he uses, the "Silverballers". To me they look like 1911's of some sort, just want to know if you guys know anything. |

TM released a Colt Hardballer that is basically the same thing as the silverballers.
Too bad it's been discontinued , I'd have got one |

you might be able to put something together using an existing 1911 model (WA makes a large variety)... All you'd need is some custom grips, sights, and maybe find a longer slide variation (not a compact/pocket .45). The "hardballer" in Hitman isn't the real hardballer, at least not the gigantic slide variety. The slide is more standard length than anything. Just find something with a silver/nickel metal finish with wood grips.
. i'm not sure of the exact grip addons, but look into hogue grips (for that rubberized effect), something like that. he's also got some adjustable sights on there |

Ain't gay, but $20 is $20
|
You'll need 6" colt 1911's with polished nickel finish, and a pair of Pachmayr "American Legend" grips.
As per mine, shown below. (Psst...pause Hitman: Contracts on the loading screen...the picture of the pistol in the case, those grips are the American Legend ones I've mentioned)

WGC= War Game Club. Airsoft super store. Were alot of places in the US and canada get the stuff.
Hitman 1 and 2 had solid black grips Wich look alot like this gun by WA. WA hardballer ish But for contracts and blood money he used wood grips with the rubber add ons. look at the gun closely. Wich looks like this WA gun but add on the rubbers. WA gun wood. |

Russianboy, the screenshots were helpfull but the suggested pistols are nothing like the AMT. The first kimber you posted for example, has a railed frame, forward seration on the slide and a fixed rear site. The second is basically a standard 1911 with a wood grip, unlike the American Legend grips that Tredstone already ID'd.
To make a sutable knockoff you'd need a 6" single stack 1911 with bomar rear site and either black or American Legend grips. I dont know enough about the compatability of aftermarket WA parts to really suggest anything, but I would start looking for a 6" silver slide with the 1911 lines then work backwards and find a compatable single stack frame, then a pistol for the guts. Dont forget you'll need the barrel to match the slide aswell. |

But it is very close. Maybe put new sites and trigger on the wood one.
That is if you can find them. |
