CA M15A2 field strip question

How do I get my selector switch off? it is the only thing keeping my mech box from coming out.

set it to safe or in between safe and semi and try sliding it out, it doesn't need to come off, or shouldn't (that's how it is with gg tm gp)

OHHHH i got it apart, it doesent pull out, you just need to switch between semi and then go to safe while your pulling the mech box out. Looks so simple now that I see hyow it works.
