Removing stock Outer barrel from TM M4A1

I cant seem the remove the bottom nut to take out the Outer barrel its the part closest to the body, if someone could help me or describe how to remove it, I'd be thankful
I included a picture just incase you dont understand where im talking about

You have to unscrew that big ring that's holding the chamber to the upper receiver. Once you unscrew that, the chamber just comes right out.
