I wasn't a fan of the TM sig in black, but the silver one I love. Five Seven is pretty hot too. Would like a 6mm version, rather than the 8mm Marushin one.

I'm thrilled to hear about an affordable MEU. With WA...sometimes you just don't want to take them out to games.

The MEU looks just like a Hi-Capa... I can't really tell if it's single stack or double though.

it's single stack.

Does that Five-seveN have no outer barrel? It looks like, when the slide is locked back, the barrel is just the smaller Airsoft barrel?

be nice. the hicapa is a monster gun...but the mags are crazy heavy and large...dont fit most pouches well at all. I never took my hicapa with me because it was so easy to loose mags for it.
This one might do much better in that department. And that five seven looks good. |

Maybe the people over at Arnies will stop complaining about the Marushin FiveseveN, now that TM's going to make one, too.
Yeay MEU.

I don't usually go gaga about new releases until I've had a chance to take one apart, but I'm defintely stoked about the Detonics. Great model for TM to pick up. Detonics developed and patented the reverse cone barrel which was an improvement over the 1911 bushing design (greater accuracy, one less part). I got to see recent build Detonics pistols at ShotShow and talk to one of their engineers. Nice guy, he showed me how they've further updated their barrel profiling for better registration when the slide goes back into battery.
If only they made a doublstack version of that GBB. The gas performance on chunky TM 0.45 doublestack mags is excellent. So much volume to play with.

I'm liking the MEU. I just hope we can get our hands on some of those.
