another i cant find answers to (RIS RAILS)

I am looking for a rail that you can generally mount just about anything to. Ihat's 12 inches long with no mounts on the bottom. The closer the better.


Problem is I don't know enough hands on experience with all the guns to say what gun my rails got to be butchered from. or wether its top or bottom or what.


This major mod is giving one problem after another in finding the right parts.


(where the holes are in the rail don't mater doesnt even matter if it has the holes the rails being modified any ways)

I have been searching 12 hours(collectivly not straight) now.

I would add English to the list of impaired subjects in your user title... I read that 3 times and still not sure what you need help with: are you looking for what gun the rail you have is made for, or are you looking for a rail for your gun??

Is this for the FAMAS in your sig? If so, have a read

I am looking for a 12 inch rail to bucher. That I can mount an m203 or taclight or lasers or what ever else I can think up.

And I already read that thread threw and threw. I have the mountings for the rails ready. (and the p-arts for the new powerpack) I just need the rail its self. problem is I dont know what rail is 12 or even 6 inches long(yes a 6 inch will do but I still need the 12)

And its not nesaraly for the famas. I have a g36 I am buchering to make something no ones seen yet.

Try a vsr-10 rail or a nitro rail cut down

I think he's looking for a screw-mountable rail (not thumb-screw). Kinda like the one you'd find on an M4A1 , with factory handgaurd.

How long is a vsr-10 rail?

(So long as its not a rail thats mounted on another rail and I can put anything on it it will work[I will be making my own screw holes])

Lots of unnecessary info cluttering up your request there. Just ask for a 12" screw-mounted rail next time. You can post all your ideas separately.

Define "So long as ... I can put anything on it..." - in general, a properly spec'd tac rail should be able to accept any properly spec'd mount. What you choose to do with it is up to you.

You need to learn to read my friend. Its not a want ad at all its asking for help identifing something. I can more then easaly import rails my self or even buy new localy.
