Breast eagle goes just above the Right breast pocket.
For the cap, get BeVo tropical Cap Eagle and Tropical Cocade. Eagle on top of cocade The shoulderboards, well its in the name. Is that a metal jumpwing? If it is it goes on the left breast pocket. If its cloth I am not sure, never seen one worn before. I believe the armband goes on the left forearm, but double check me on that because maybe only the SS wore it on the left and the Heer and Luftwaffe wore it on the right, not sure. I hope I could help some.
