i thought there was a law in japan about how replica guns cannot be made out of metal, isnt that the reason why all tm guns are all abs?

It does exist, it can't be FULL metal. I believe the Type 89 (TM's only full metal gun as far as I know) is actually partially manufactured elsewhere.

Yes. Systema PTWs are all made, and assembled in Japan.

Japanese law does not allow metal receivers or metal slides on airsoft guns.

The Type 89 has a metal receiver, because that gun was originally designed by Marui as a training tool for the Japanese military.

Systema PTW's are also built as a law enforcement tool - in Japan, I believe these guns can not be sold to civilians.

And yes, both Systema and all TM guns are manufactured and assembled in Japan.

Beyond awesomeness. It's expensive as hell, but the best airsoft gun I've ever molested.

Nope, not Japanese, and hence, why their quality and build is lacking when compared to a Japanese manufactured gun.
I believe CA guns are manufactured out of China, but are a Hong Kong based company.
