if Im guessing correctly, you pull down on the tab and then the stock should slide right off, leaving the tube there.

Pull it down instead of pushing it up.

well i dunno dude everyone i have taken apart thats how the butt stock come off the bar... then once you get the butt off there a small Phillips (very small) to take off the very back of the bar at the but stock slides on then once you get the cover with the small screw off there a large Phillips inside the bar which once you unscrew the bar pulls off!!
(and where you say "Trigger for making it longer and shorter i understand that.. but instead of pushing up on it as you do do make it long or short..... grab the end and pull down and then pull back on the stock!! ... (it has to be extended all the way first)) Last edited by acidburn149; August 29th, 2007 at 21:22.. |

Dont be afraid to give it a little elbow grease.
I know on my TM m4, she dont come off unless I giver a good yank. Basically I sit on the couch with the M4 on my lap. I pull down on the stock slider grip and then pull off the stock backwards, but she takes a good rip to get it off.
