The best deal in Airsoft Guns for Canadians!
Here's what I ordered;
1) AIM M4A1 AEG with 9.6V Intellect battery $99.99 http://store.matrixbb.com/servlet/-s...n--dsh-/Detail 2) AR15/M16 4x22 Compact Tactical Scope $35.99 http://store.matrixbb.com/servlet/-s...actical/Detail 3) M4 / M16 tactical vertical grip with rail set $11.99 http://store.matrixbb.com/servlet/-s...actical/Detail 4) Spray paint (light gray, dark gray, black) $15 5) Shipping $45 5) Duties/Taxes $59 TOTAL = $266.97 (US) $275 (CND) Now for those of you that complain about the quality of clearsoft here is a review from Redwolf which states that overall the is a good and in some respects a better gun than a Marui (functionally better but the finish is better on a Marui); http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...l?prodID=19167 Essentially I got a semi competitive, quality AEG for a grand total of $275. I am very happy with the way it performs and I love the way the paint scheme turned out. This gun will not be used in a game because im only a collector/plinker of airsoft so I decided to paint it the very cool looking Urban Camo. |

I dont have a chrony but it shoots easily through both sides of a pop can. I think that Redwolf's chrony of 340 fps on this gun is more than accurate. The mag also feeds flawlessy and with the 9.6v battery it has a faster than average rate of fire.
I did have to change out the stock 15A fuse for a 30A. |

Wait wait wait, you're telling me customs actually let this through!? Man, if they let that through, that is a good deal and I might buy one. Think you just got lucky, or is it cause it's clearsoft that it got through?

Crapsoft sometimes makes it through. I would think *usualy* it should... but then again how come they cost $300 here when they cost $100 in the US...

"does not have a Marui compatible magazine, the BOYI metal gear box m4 have extreme bad quality control"
copied from the page you linked. For $100 more you can get a JG in canada with no need for paint and more metal and without the issues that will come up with that thing. |

One point worth considering guys, since hes going on looks and plinking base results only, without fielding one, how will you actualy know if your getting something worth your money? Comes back to the spend the little extra for something proven quality and standards.
Looks good as a wall hangee tho.

It's a legitimate concern, since past CITT rulings indicates that they believe that shape trumps (lack of) colour in terms of importance in whether something's a replica or not.
Didn't even know AIM made clear M4s. I think you should exclude the prices of the accessories, though.

guns with or without metal bodies? lol
how compatible is it with standard upgrade parts? how reliable is it compared to marui? (some marui guns can run for 3 years no issues before breaking down) the cost is certainly a plus for noobs, lessens the economical blow when you decide you need an upgraded gun with a metal body. |
