Madbull Rubbers (hop up)
Says it prevents double feeding and enhance the velocity. Interesting. A cheap well designed item like this sounds like a good investment. Hyped?
Anyone have experience with it? http://www.madbullairsoft.com/Englis...roducts_id=109

I personally have heard minimum good feedback and Dominating numbers of negative feedbacks.
But it's only a couple dollars, it never hurts to try it yourself. |

Smaller things have had bigger effects. If someone tries this, post here how it works out - compare a regular bucking with this one on the same gun.

I tried it.
The bucking is wider than a normal one, and because of the V shape of it a misplaced bucking will send the BB to the right or left. It does put a lot of spin on the BB though. Too much. Waaaaaaaay too much. With a stock ICS AK-74M I was shooting 3 feet up and 2 feet to the right with 0.25g BBs at 50 feet. To sum it up, I don't recommend it.

Tried it in systema hop up chamber, with 363 systema barrel, shooting 380fps, could not get any lift no matter what I did. Comes with weird nubbin as well, I even changed that with regular nubbin, still no help.

i did put this in my near stock m4 (sp85 shooting 308 fps) and the bb got stuck in the entrance of the hop up.
i thinK it was due to a low FPS. But it's true that the bucking is bigger than a G& P and a stock Tm. i had to applyed a incredible ammount of strenght to separate the barell and bucking from the hop up that i litterally broke the upper part of my hop up. Wen replaced i did keep the v shape one and my stock bucking and i get a really tight fit and my hop up stay in place way better than in the stock form.

Aww and I thought Madbull was making condoms. Which I wouldn't buy anyway because Madbull products suck ass.

I am trying an experiment, using the '8' shaped bucking with a RH65 red rubber sleeve in myt upgraded CA M24 (last couple chronies have given around 470fps), am not having a good time with it. Within 30ft it prints nicely within 2" or so, but outside when breezy it's freaking hard to dial in correct hop up, no matter what BBs I use (ranges from 0.29g SGM, 0.30 SIIS, 0.36g Straights with graphite washed off, etc.)
Luckily tomorrow I'm co-hosting a game at the Foxden, will be partially training snipers, while I'm waiting for them to evade enemy forces, I'll be able to fully try out my set up (and change if needed) to get best results. Right now the set up is the worst config I've used yet. |

I'll add, Hazard bought this a while back to use in his G36, and with his tightbore he said he was getting greatly enhanced accuracy and range when on semi, but on full auto it sucked serious ass.
And, regarding my above post, it's now post game and I got to spend a lot of time tweaking my M24 and it's hop up, it's pretty decent now, got a lot of near misses (within a couple inches of at times, 1/4 of a head) and good hits out to about 150ft away, so I'll keep the Mad Bull bucking in place for a while longer. |

I am contemplating putting this in my TM M14 (370 FPS) and seeing how that works.. as the stock hopup isnt quite as precise as how i want it.

I have the Madbull G5 Silencer and I can't say a bad thing about it. Superb construction and finish, & the internal foam does a great job of sound suppression. I've also had a chance to test the Madbull BBs and they also seem to be made of quality materials. They don't shatter as much as other brands when hitting surfaces which is good, b/c it's annoying when BB pieces get everywhere. The company is relatively new and we should, as a relatively small and informed community, help them by providing constructive feedback before condemning their products. Just my 2 cents. (Sorry Styrak, this wasn't meant to single you out - just noticing a lot of ppl badmouthing Madbull. If they have the capability to get some things right, I think they have potential to grow.)

Madbull themselves have said these are best suited for guns shooting under 350 fps.

Most of the complaints I recall reading over at Arnies were more of tolerance issues than anything else. It seems to me that MB's execution of ideas varies a bit.
