TM AUG fustrations

My stock tm aug has been giving me quite a headache lately first with misfeeds and now this:

On full auto it will stop automatically after a burst of 10-20 (will give out more shots when the battery is at full charge... don't know if this is relevant or not)
and when it does this the motor makes a weird sound once or twice(kind of like a sputtering sound) and stops
but when I repull the trigger it will shoot fine again (unless I do another full auto burst in which the same problem will repeat)
On semi the gun is completely problems free but I'm just worried if this is something to be concerned about.

The mechbox has been opened once by my gun doc regarding the misfeed problem but he's too busy lately to take another look for me
I just want to see if anyone knows what the problem might be before I crack open the mechbox

Any help is appreciated thanks!

try tightening the screws on the back of the mechbox. My $.02 is that the mechbox is being pushed back by the trigger. Had this same sort of issue with my a1, and fixed it be shimming the backing plate with tape and cardboard. The a2 has not suffered this yet however.

Same here (my first gun was an AUG) fixed with some rubber pad to put under table legs and stuff

If you shim it and it still does not work, try have the trigger contacts cleaned (second problem I had with it, some grease was covering the switches, almost no auto, only semi)
