Issue I want resolved

A few months ago I was looking for a new gun. I found a great deal. It was a Sig552 with 4 mags and a battery, for a little more I could include these extras; An extra battery, cheek rest, a low mount rail, a high mount rial, a RDS, and a Scope. So I payed the extra to get the rest of the things. The seller said that he had to find some of the things and then ship them in two parts. I got the first package and got some of the stuff. I kept in contact with the seller and I was told many times that the package would be shipped at a later date. Every time the later date would come by, I was given a excuse why it was not shipped. This went on some time, I didn't want to be pushy so I gave him good time. Eventually he stopped replying to my messages and PMs.

While I was working the original deal the seller got a friend to ship the package. So I thought my next step to get this issue resolved was to contact this friend trough a PM and tell him about it. When I told him he said that he would talk to the seller. When I got the next pm I was told that the seller would get back to me that night. When the seller failed to get back to me I PM'ed his friend again. Since then I haven't heard anything from either of them.

I haven't post there names or Usernames because I would like this to get resolved as clean as it can. If I have to I will post both names.

Since all I did was talk to the seller on MSN messenger I have lost the original conversations. Also the original sale post was deleted shortly after the deal was made.

What I can't understand about this stuff is why people feel the need to screw other people out of money. Airsoft in Canada is on a very fine edge, and this is in no way helping the situation.

I've been buying stuff on ASC for a bit. This is my second real problem the other was about the Infamous Cory Rusk. I resolved my first problem and I hope to resolve this one two. I am doing this to move things forward. The people involved in this know who they are and If they don't want this to go any further they need to get a hold of me.

You should still post negative feedback and names.

You clearly aren't enjoying how this transaction is evolving and that's what the feedback should be based on, so the next guy who deals with them knows. If we, as a community, don't look out for each other, who will?

I just need this fixed. I would prefer to get the items promised but I will settle for the money back that was payed for the extra parts. Personal I don't remember what I payed for the extras. Like I said above the original sale post was deleted shortly after the money was sent.

Whenever I PM a seller now I 1st save the original post offline. Too many sellers are too quick to delete posts. Seems kind of shady, easy to deny initial claims were made etc etc. Too late for you this time, I know.

Make it public. Call them out, post their names here on the boards. They will be black listed and shunned from the community, and they might get their age verified status revoked. Warn the community, yes I might sound a bit harsh, but, you were being nice and not pushy while this other person is being a jackass. I would pm a mod about your situation and ask that the seller's age verified status be revoked until the issue is cleared, if thats possible. As far as I'm concerned your transaction is not over, what you paid or agreed upon for was not entirely received, this person is thief and liar.

He will be receving all of the items promised, plus several extras, as well as some of his money back.
Negative feedback is not only deserved but nessessary. If I were in his shoes I would be a lot more pissed off than he is. Even as I write this we are chatting on msn like old buddies.
