There is a possiblity your wires are shorting out somewhere inside the gun. Mine gun was doing that to. However when the safety is on it shouldnt start shooting. Can you give more details about when and why this started happening

First to all the help so far thanks for the PM's all the posting of help.

Well I received the gun from a friend who is a PB supplier , it was a demo gun , he did warn me that the gun was not shooting semi only AF , so when I received the gun the battery was still connected ,I shot the gun in semi and AF at work and the gun shot only AF . Which did not hassle me as it would be my backup gun. When I go home I discharged the battery , and recharged the battery , after the battery was charged the gun was on safety I connected the battery and the gun went AF with the safety on. I have switched the safety on and off , semi and AF but no joy. That is the info I have . I Have been to
www.mechbox.com which give you info on how to disassemble the TM MP5J which this gun is a copy of . Thank you the 2 forum member s that PM me.

My AK was doing the same thing, exactly. I disassembled the mechbox and when I put it back together everything was fine. Something must have been stuck or sprung out of place.

Could be a broken cut-off lever.
