Overpowered AEG with a Prometheus MS110SP?
The AEG:
CA G36K Systema 6.04 Inner barrel. Prometheus Hop-up sleeve and bucking. Guarder Cylinder kit (with polycarbonate piston, not aluminum) Prometheus MS110SP spring (turquoise) Prometheus metal spring guide Coke can test with .20 bbs and hop-up turned on: I get thru both sides, bottom middle and bottom edge. I thought I would have remained below 400fps with a Prometheus MS110SP. Is this normal? I guess I'll have to test it with a chronograph to be certain. |

I've had MS110 springs in the 400-410 area in an M4, and the MS100 at about 360-370 with 0.20g.

Ah crap...I thought I would not have needed to open that damn V3 mechbox for a long time. I guess I'll go with the MS100SP.
My TM M4A1 has basically the same parts, except with a PDI 140% instead of the Prometheus MS110SP, and it shoots below 400fps. |
