Pourquoi tu ne t'achete pas quelquechose de reconnu et de qualite pour commencer?
Comme ca pas de depenses additionelles, et pas de doutes. (Good god. A two second Google Search brought back a thread on AirsoftCanada that mentions it, and it's not this thread.) Last edited by Greylocks; December 29th, 2007 at 09:50.. |

im not too sure about kirenex. but i know some clones are really good. like my friends JG M4A1 and then i used to have a A&K M4-S and comparing it to the TM it worked just as good and it was $450 and the TM was $710.

The Kirenex M4 is an aftermath product. Their Kraken AK47 is a good product for the money. |

A TM M4 costs $680 @ 007, and $693 @ A&A. Add a good battery plus shipping charges, and you're pretty close to that $700 mark. $710 might be a little high of a price, but it's not really too much of a stretch.

Ouch...
What happened to Canadian prices? It wasn't long ago when you could pickup a TM M4 for $450 in Canada. |

My buddy owns one, looks pretty close to the real thing, havn't held it though, only looked at it for a quick bit. From what I can tell it's pretty nice If I see him after new years I can ask him some questions about it if you want? If so PM me what questions ya got and I'll get back to you asap.
Cheers

Aside from the fact that the magazine that comes stock with it double feeds on cheap ammunition, and the fact that the battery that comes with it is crap, it's not a bad gun at all for the price. The other thing to consider is of course the tan furniture. The true test of course would be in a game, but that will have to wait.

Likewise. Not too long ago, prices were signficantly lower.

I have a kirenex.
The selector switch is a bit loose but that's about it right now. I've shot about 500 - 700 bbs in my basement and no problems as of yet. I just need to get myself a better battery and charger but that can wait till later or until I start going to games. For TM compatability; I bought a metal receiver of huang and he states that his receivers are TM compatatible. I tried to put the Aftermath kirenex mechbox in the receiver and it doesnt fit. The mechbox is too big. That's all I got. Hope it helps. |

The legit retailers/importers mostly collapsed, leaving two behind. Without greater competition to keep prices down, the average asking price of an AEG/GBB skyrocketed.
However, the "grey" import market has started to flourish in response to the higher prices on traditional airsoft models. "chinasoft" or "ACM" airsoft rifles have begun to flood the buy and sell here on the boards, resulting in the bottom falling out of the used airsoft market. This means that while the price for a shiny new TM M4 might be insane, you can pick up a used one for dirt cheap. A boone for players who are proficient at servicing guns. |
