Well l96 mag problems
So I recieved my l96 today, along with an extra mag. The extra mags that comes with the gun work well, but the extra one I ordered doesn't seem to fit to good, as in its way to tight. Any one else had that same problem?

I know maruzen mags are really tight in the well ones,
See where it's tight, and remove material accordingly. You have to be prepared to modify Chinese clones like this... It's the unfortunate truth. |

i had the same problem with VSR-10 clone. i too have the L96 and i've noticed a super snug fit even with the mag it came with.
Does your extra mag fit in at all? |

Also, this post may be better suited in the 'doctors corner'.

Look inside the mag well, at the rear. If there is two molded line runnin all the way up, there are the problem. They where added to cope for the lack of tollerence in the China clone.
However, the Well magasin "notch" is made larger than the Maruzen one, so filling the lines won't affect the stock magasine stability. |
