Need some advice!
I'm new to airsoft. Over the winter i picked up all the gear necessary as well as 4 guns that i really liked, Then the unthinkable happened i completely destroyed my ankle playing basketball and i won't be running for a while. Not to mention i lost my job for 4 months and money has become tight. I don't really want to sell my stuff individually cause i have alot, is there a place i can sell it all in one shot? or whats my best move? sorry if this isn't the right place to ask!
Quite the cautionary tale, eh! thanks Mitch, Toronto |

Get age verified, and use the classified section on ASC. You can have a sale for all of your gear, and a sale for all of your AEGs and one of all of your gas guns. For more information on how to get age verified, read the threads in this link: http://airsoftcanada.com/forumdisplay.php?f=108
Even though age verification can be a long process, try and explain your situation to get it early. Airsoft should be like the royal family, kept amongst ourselves :P

Sorry to hear about your ankle. As Omega! stated this website has a buy and sell feature. To access it you require this websites age verifacation though. Its a simple process, meet with a verifier to confirm that you are or over the age of 18. Your in luck though, you live in Toronto and theres a large airsoft community there, so it wont be hard to track down a verifier and once its all said and done you maybe even able to set yourself up with a local sale!
Anyways, best of luck. If anything was unlcear please feel free and ask for it to be clarified.

If you dont want to / cant get verified... craigslist is always an option. although I would reccomend adding "will only sell to people 18+ with picture ID" at the bottom of that posting.
Lots of airsofters look on craigslist nationwide, sometimes you can find something you will like, or buy something you need. But I dont think you would be able to sell it all very well in one shot, but the guns im sure would sell if it was reasonably priced.

I'm sure if you meet up with another verified member they could sell on your behalf. That's probably what you should do if you need it gone NOW.
If you can wait I would suggest getting verified and posting the sale yourself. That way you cut out the middleman (the verified member selling on your behalf). Plus as a bonus you have more control over the sale. Sorry to hear about the ankle man.

Thanks for the help everyone! Getting verified seems to be the best course of action for me, then get my stuff into the classifieds. As for my job i've been with them for a long time and they allowed me to take the time i needed to recover. I'm back with them though not at 100% and i just recently found out about EI but was told that i waited too long!
Thanks again Mitch |
