Cold weather and an MP7
I was using my tactical force MP7 over the weekend and it would shoot 5 or so bbs fine, then a couple shots the bbs would roll out or only go like 2 feet. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with it. Also it was like 4 degrees out, so it was kind of cold. Would the weather affect the battery like that?

Battery only affects ROF. So long as your gun can turn over your shots will all have the same FPS.
Sounds like hopup, obviously. You'll have to wait for someone with more knowledge to answer but I am certain it has nothing to do with battery.

For sure if it was battery it'd be alot of other different problems, so battery is for sure fine.
It does sound like a hopup or feed problem via the hopup. If you look where the mag goes, do you see any visible damage? That'd be my only best guess, somebody with more knowledge can help alot more. Best of luck.
