TM M4 S-System Handguard Assy. on TM SR-16

Will a TM M4 S-System Hanguard Assembly fit on a TM SR-16? Because they look very similar in a way.

S-system upper receivers are different. They don't have a built in top rail like your SR-16 does, so you'd need the upper from an S-system as well.
Aside from that I don't know if there would be any other problems for fitment.

So I would need the M4 S-System Upper Receiver then or just the M4 S-System Upper Rail?

Nevermind, I get it... I need the M4 S-System Upper Receiver to fit the S-System Handguard assembly on to the SR-16.

Thanks man!

I just found a conversion kit for it too: http://www.tokyo-model.com.hk/ecshop/goods.php?id=1799
That may also work out nicely.

I've done this before with a parted out M4 S and it is possible to swap. What I did was swap the metal top rail from the Colt body to the Stoner Rifle body. From what I remember, the M4 S body is black as well, although I'm not 100% sure. In addition, the upper receiver on the Stoner Rifle has markings that the M4 S doesn't.

The samurai SIR is the same as the s-system rail and it just slaps onto the sr-16 flat top, Also the ICS SIR is the same.

there is a thread you may be interested in. I dont know if you already have the TM S-system RIS or if thats just the way you want to go, but if you dont already have the TM rail the samurai and ICS would be a easyer option for you.

Yeah I second that opinion. It was kind of a hassle, but in the end for me, I had all Marui parts on the outside.
