King arms CASV
Since m15a4's have a rail that's higher than ordinary rails, does a CASV Ras fit?

you mean the flat top rail on the reciever? an ar reciever is an ar reciever theyre all relativly the same dimension, but to answer your question (granted im interpreting it right) its not a matter of fitting, the casv has a complete upper with a "nitro rail" which is essentially one long rails that clamps on to your reciever to secure the ras. i dont even know if i explained that right.
