Ok, i bought a gun for my son from these guys, i know little about airsoft, less about this site, but Shootsoft are eally messing me around with delivery, they said 3-5 days when i ordered & paid, now they say 20 business days.
I raised a dispute with paypal, now they don't want to talk.
Anybody had good experience with these guys?

shootSOFT - let s go public and tell the real story!

Sorry for this long message... I think everyone should know the real story if you want them to respond!!

Since more than a year shootSOFT have always ask for 20 business days, like it wrote on our home page and in our terms and conditions!

We never told paypal the product was ship!!! We told them, you have accept the term and condition of 20 business days before shipping, and you are at the 13th business days!
Your really not helping us to give you a good service with that situation! On our 1st email we told you we will do every think to have your order ship very soon and before the 20 business days. Since you have place a litige with paypal… How do you think we feel on having your order be process sooner!

Like you know and you have accept in our term and condition there is no possibility to have a refund after 10 days, but we could do an exception and give you credit for your order!
And let me know as soon as possible because we now place your order on hold, and it will increasse the delay of shipping!

Could we remind you if this situation is like this is because you want it!! After few days you told us you were worry to have your order ship before christmast and we do understand that, and we told you we will do everything to have it done and before the delay of 20 business days we always ask like it wrote on our home page, also on our terms and condition you have confirm! For no reason you place this transaction in LITIGE wih paypal! Do you really think now we have the felling to help you?? Next time you need something with someone, try to be more please!!!
