Best relatively-inexpensive sight for TR P90
The question is in the title 'gents.. What would be a good sight to use on a TR P90? I'm thinking about using just a laser for now, but they can give your position away. Any thoughts/ideas for a good, however relatively inexpensive ($45 usd or less) sight for a TR P90?

If you're looking for functionality, any cheapo reflex / rds sight will work as long as it's properly adjustable. That's not saying it will look all that great, but it will work.

Lasers are not permitted at all venues.

One of your best and inexpensive gun mounts can be found here
http://www.dealextreme.com/products.dx/category.914 Get the BSA Red Sight, its cheap and it works great and it fits on the P90 http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.12211 Best decent red dot sight for around $20, you cannot go wrong. I used one on my P90 too when I had one. The only downfall is that there seems to be a little glare from the red dot when its dark. But in broad daylight this red dot sight works great. |

Here we go (don’t flame me for putting a paintball gun on the site until I’m 18 its all i have) come to think of it almost identical to the BSA probably just a better lense

I have an identical looking red dot by Leaper's, except it has flip-up lens caps. Works like a charge on anything I've put it on. Cheap too. I think I paid about $45 for mine.

I've bought a few $25 reflex reddots off eBay that as Crunch said, when properly adjusted, work great.

I've used the Tasco one from Canadian Tire and its quite good. The only problem is it seemed to have random battery life even with the same brightness setting and the same brand and age batteries. It would die in the middle of a game probably half the time, but not every other game, sometimes two in a row then not for 3 games.
I really like the look of an Aimpoint on a P90TR, you can normally find Chinese clones for under $50. |

While we're on the topic, how is the G&P Aimpoint replica?

They are very good, Hard to knock the zero off of them. However, the lowest brightness setting is a little too bright for use in the dark .

what would you say about this http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.12174 being better or worse than the BSA sight?

I've seen those but never owned one. Seems to be the same as the ones you can get at Canadian Tire or Walmart so I wouldn't bother getting it online and then paying for shipping.
About G&P, generally anything G&P is awesome. |
