Warped Gearset

Hi, i have sent my gun to an Airsmith at Airsoftgi and after the long wait (1 month) i called them and when asking them how my gun was they told my gears were warped. I sent the gun in with an electrical, hop up, and tappet plate issue so this is shocking news to me. It only becomes more shocking to me because i have a set or Classic Army Helica Super Toque up Gears in the gun and havent been pulling anything above an m120 or 400fps rated spring for no more than a few thousand rounds. How would the gears get warped inside the gearbox? the gun has also seen no variation as i keep it in a heated basement and only used it during the summer and fall. The gun is a classic army sl-8 with a V3 7mm gearbox. Any help would be apprieciated.

I have been doing mech boxes for almost 13 years, and have never seen gears warp. However, this is not to say it is not possible, as at the present moment I am trying to figure out how a SystemA torque up sector gear came from th factory missing the last tooth. As well, the spur gear has four bent teeth, one bent tooth every quarter around the gear equally spaced, while the bevel gear is mint.
Out of all the years I've been handeling SystemA internals, I have never encountered this before.

Typically the center hole in the bushing will wear oval causing the gears to mess incorrectly and cause breakage, but warping the gears....that would be a factory defect in my opinion, not something related to usage.
