Upgrading battery

My Stock G&G GR16 came with a stock battery of course(8.4v 1400Mah). From I hear its not the best because its drains in about 2-3 hours. I was wondering what a decent battery would be good to upgrade to that's not so expensive.

I don't know if the battery starts draining as soon as you plug it in or only when you pull the trigger. Ether way I plan on playing for longer periods of time and need some advice.

Thanks.

I second Styrak's suggestion. If you have the full stock version of the GR16, get a pack built with 4000 mAh Elite cells, and you'll be laughing.
