it's a myth... you do not need to 'time' your aeg... gears will place themselves inside the gearbox.

Annual maintenance is good to perform on guns. Relubing is part of a healthy annual maintenance.

CA uses elephant sperm instead of grease, it tends to dry out.

AKA white silicone grease. Which turns into elephant sperm mixed with bat guano when used in an AEG.

I hate the stuff.

The CA yellow pistons are hit and miss. People claim they explode. I think they are okay.

I've had to replace them on every CA gun I've ever serviced.

Maintenance and how often it should be done depends entirely on how often the gun is used, in what conditions, and what upgrades have been done to it.

A stock TM Mp5 shooting 280fps at 14rps, with 5,000 rounds through it, and never played with in the rain, will obviously need less maintenance than a custom Mp5 shooting 380 fps at 30rps which is dragged through the mud during a lightning storm.

I've got one in a Systema M120 box, and it runs very well. Smooth, and its run many rounds with no issue, barely even any wear. So yeah they are quite hit and miss, mostly miss. Luckily I got a hit.

I need to replace my Gears or rearrange them my friend is saying its because the Gun will not let him shoot because it will screw up the gears more if i do so . so i wondering is that the gun acutally being useful or the gears beigns A pain in the ass ?

he says the gears are in the wrong spots which really makes me confused.
