Personally I've upgraded to a 455mm 6.03mm Tightbore by MadBull (which can be purchased here) along with the Element Troy Silencer, which can be bought from Styrak here for a very good price. With that silencer and inner barrel, the barrel will sit roughly 1cm away from the end of the silencer, which is perfect. Along with the inner barrel upgrade, you also need to purchase a type0 cylinder because of the length (You should always match your cylinder to your inner barrel for best results) which can be found here. Cylinders are an internal upgrade and I highly suggest you find someone within your area with experience in mechbox upgrades, unless you know how to do it yourself.
Here is a photo of my SiG552 with that exact build. Personally, I suggest that as the maximum length increase you should get on a SiG552. The only thing that holds the silencer in place is the threading on your outer barrel. If you get a very long silencer because you have purchased a barrel that is much longer, you risk damaging your gun a lot easier. Example: Due to mechanical advantage, if you bang the end of your silencer, lets say, against a wall, there's a higher chance you'll break the silencer at the threads, along with possibly damaging your barrel. You don't want that. My personal results with a 455mm barrel are above what I was expecting. Shots are much more accurate and give you more confidence in your longer-ranged shots that you would have struggled with using the stock 247mm barrel. Hope this helps.
