Marui Detonics problem: slide locks open

Sometimes my Marui Detonics after firing and with bb's in the mag , locks the slide not just the end but seems that the slide was locked by the hammer, stuck under the bb unit

the first symptoms of this issue appeared arming the gun; the slide come back smoothly but when it is time to return in position the hammer prevents the slide to come back unless the slide spring is quickly released.

Cycling manually the Detonics without mag I have the same issue: the hammer locks the slide

I think may be something slack or weared so I upgraded to PDI Oval Hammer and Sear.
The situation is better only with the new hammer and the old sear.
I post a link of a video where the issue is well visible

Marui Detonics is very like alla the Marui 1911 series so I think many users may have encountered this issue.

ps my Detonics has already fired 5000bb's

The hooks on the hammer that catch the sear may have worn down, and likewise, the sear may have worn down as well, causing the hammer to catch at a lower point than normal.

Yes, I think the problem may be caused by a slacking of the hammer and sear and if I strenght the screw in photo the problem disappear but perhaps this screw has been overtightened and is ruined and after few shots come loose again
