G&G M4 EBB removing front sight

Hey I'm having a bit of trouble removing the front triangle sight. The pins at the bottom don't seem like they want to budge. I actually damaged the pin trying to push it threw. http://i35.tinypic.com/2romkg1.jpg nevertheless I need to get it off to tighten the hex on the front barrel piece. Let me know if you have any insight its appreciate.

Wow, I feel like an idiot. After looking closer at the parts tree and sight. I've realized it doesn't come apart like a regular G&G m4. The front triangle is welded on. Which leaves me clueless on how Im supose to adjust the hex screws on both sides. The piece that holds the hand guard in place is covering the screws.

And the gas tube it preventing the front handguard holder from rotating out of the way right?

Pull the gas tube back into the receiver...then it'll clear the ring. Then turn the ring so you can get at the allen key screws.

It's f*cking stupid.

What steps are involved in moving the mock gas tube back. Do i need to disasemble the whole upper receiver first? I can wiggle it but wont move back :banghead:

yeah you cant push it back assembled because the hop up is blocking it. So remove the upper plus the inner barrel

Went through the same thing, ended up clamping pliers to the gas tube, and wiggled it into the upper receiver, slowly.

hold the stock under your arm, pry the front end of the gun down gently, it will align the holes and then you should be able to push the the front pin in
