Manufacturing and the Law
Just wondering if anyone can point me to any info on actually manufacturing Airsoft IN Canada. Big Ideas... I know, but it is mainly for my own curiousity... I've often wondered what would happen if some enterprising individual was able to develope, finance and organize a Canadian company that Manufactured AEG's in order to get arround CBSA's policy. If it's made in Canada, they wouldnt be able to say much...again, just curious.

http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/f...plique-eng.htm "However, you cannot acquire, make or import a replica firearm" It's out of CBSA's jurisdiction if it doesn't pass across the border but the RCMP does monitor this site and I have seen them put special attention on people including retailers who post certain things.

The cost behind such an initiative would make it frankly unthinkable, never mind the legal issues.
