Is it safe? It would be nice to add to one of our options for online retailers.

I have not dealt with this company but have a bit of an eye for online shops (since I run one). I do not see any security seal so if you decide to place an order, be sure that by the time you reach checkout, the page address starts with "https:"

In the Information box (English Version of the site), only 2 of the links display the correct information. There is no contact information at all as far as I can see.

It could very well be legit, and maybe someone here can confirm firsthand, but i just wanted to point out those "flags".

I've just placed an order. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work until the item arrives in Canada, you can check it on CP. HKpost tracking won't even work.

what? how can the tracking number not work on HKpost but work on canada post? dont they use HKpost to ship it?

They are base in Macau, not Hong Kong.

They give you a tracking number, won't work on any online tracking sites, but when it arrives in Canada annd in customs, it registers to CP.

Like what the other guy said, u cant contact them since they have no phone or email... but do u think they are trustworthy?

Well yes they are. Just ordered some stuff as I said, now it's in customs for days since March 4th in Vancouver! Usually my shit comes through Mississauga Customs.

I also just ordered some stuff from them so it would be interesting to compare shipping to the US with shipping to Canada.

By the way, they only had 1 box of Airsoft Surgeon shells, and I ordered 4 (their online stock said they had more than 4.) They e-mailed me that they didn't have the other 3 and that they would refund me for the three. A few days later, they e-mailed again saying they had the three more boxes of shells. I said that I found the other three at Redwolf, and to just cancel the extra 3. They then said they shipped all 4 out...

I believe their e-mail was just sales@ipscgm.com but I'm traveling for work, so I can't confirm that e-mail address right now.

well so far I got an email saying that my order status has been updated to
Delivered.....

I have nothing...nothing on tracking either

did get replies regarding out of stock item I ordered and if I wanted a different option, replies usually 2 days

as soon as the item is actually shipped, their onsite status goes to delivered, the tracking *should show up within a day on the hkpost website, but you won't see anything on cpost until it actually hits customs.

RSOV is better on tracking. In the invoice, I left please send tracking number ASAP. They did a day after I checked my order number.

For IPSCGM, it's been in Vancouver customs since March 4th. Order was placed on February 26th.

IPSCGM is base at Macau NOT Hong Kong. Totally different places.
So tracking # won't work with hkpost.
Macau Post is what IPSCGM use for air mail/surface mail. http://www.macaupost.gov.mo But it is not English friendly, and they won't provide tracking for airmail. Tracking only for Express mail.
For airmail, there is no direct flight from Macau to Toronto, so most of the time, the packages will go to Taiwan then Vancouver and do the inspection there. Since Vancouver is one of the port of entry for Asia region mail (sea/air), it will take longer time for inspection. CP then take them from Vancouver to Toronto. Usually, it take 10 days to Toronto once they are in Vancouver custom.
So compare to HK retailer (uncompany/airsoftglobal/ rsov/ebaybanned), it will take longer and no way to track the mail until it is in Canada.

CP has mine. Out for delivery on tracking since 12 hours ago and still out on delivery. Probably no update..? Was home all day. Damn CP. Hoping no problems.
